Juice Fasting in chosen as one among some ways on detoxification. According to food combining expert, when food is consumed in form of ‘juice’, the nutrition in fruits will be easier to digest and absorbed by human body.

The fruits suggested for juice fasting are papaya, apple, mango, water melon, pineapple and lemon (lime), just make sure to pick up the mature/ripe fruits to get the optimum nutrition.

In doing Juice Fasting, the kinds of fruits to consume must be the same for each, not fruits in vary. This method will ensure human body be in balance acid-degree. Wied Harry (as quoted from foodcombiningways online) added that after waking up, a glass of white water is mixed with 1/2 – 1 lime/lemon squeeze, must be consumed first. Later on in every 2 hours, we may consume 1 glass of fruit juice with total amount of juice not more than 8 glasses/day. Drinking white water in between juice is very much recommended, especially for those who has constipation problem.
