Along the detoxification process, most of our body’s energy is focused in cast-out process. Expertise recommended that detoxification must be done in relaxed. That is why, it is very important to determine the right time for doing detoxification.

Detoxification with juice fasting takes 7 to 40 days, it depends on each person’s condition. For those who are not used to fasting, it will be better for practicing first, and doing it three days in the row. Three days fasting is just a practicing, because the fact is, the cast-out has just begun by the third day. On the contrary, for those who’s interested in doing the detoxification for 7 days, a consultation with doctors and therapist is better suggested.

To make it easier to adapt with juice fasting, here are some tips from food-combining expertise to apply :

  • reducing fatty food like fried dishes, milky food, high-carbohydrate food especially the ones with floury ingredients and sugar, and soft drinks
  • reducing consuming salty food
  • avoiding alcohol, caffeine and unnecessary medicine
  • avoiding all kinds of fast food / instant food

bad-mood-womanHave you ever gone like everything around is so wrong, so bad.. nothing looks or feel good ? Or it even turns to ‘wanna do nothing’ no energy to move. Well, if you do so, that’ something what is called a bad mood.

As written in many articles, bad mood not only gives us a gloomy outlook, it also lowers our immune function, leading the way to illness. When it comes to bad mood.. my my.. it can inhibit us. Here are some suggestions to lift up our mood, our spirit, and our health.

1. A Laughing Matter.

Research has discovered that laughter and joy boost immune functions, especially the production of the natural killer cells that help defend the body from illness and cancer. Laughter also increases the release of endorphins – compounds that give you a sense of well-being – in your brain.

2. Hands-On Healing.

Human touch increases the production of endorphins, growth hormone, and DHEA, all of which lengthen your life span and lower the negative impact of stress.

3. Take a Bracing Breath.

Breathing correctly is important for dispelling the toxins and wastes from your body; in fact, it is estimated that we expel only about 30 percent of toxins in our bodies through the bowels and bladder-the rest is all respiratory.

4. Smell the Joy.

This concept is instrumental to aromatherapy, a natural health tradition that makes use of the healing powers of plants with strong scents. Aromatherapy recommends treating depression with jasmine, eucalyptus for exhilaration, and grapefruit to increase alertness and joy.
