Raisin For Healthy Heart and Digest
Perhaps raisin is not a basic food, but we must admit that raisin is widely used in dishes. We use raisin in cookies, bakery, and any other kinds of dishes. Raisin has a specific texture, it is delicate, and has a sweet taste.
Raisin (sometimes also known with currant) is found of having a high calories, fiber and minerals that contributes a lot for human body’s health. Raisin or currant is very helpful to protect human heart, and it is good for our digest.
