Paprika : High Lycopene and Good For Sperms Too :)

When hearing the word ‘Paprika’, the first thing in my mind is.. pizza .. haha.. it’s because I often see it anywhere on my pizza’s surface. Though – off course – Paprika can be found anywhere around us. Well speaking about Paprika, today I will quote an article that I found on a local site.

As written on the article, Paprika (Capsicum annuum) is a sort chilli which gets nice hope and little bit shrewish. Sweet paprika has a bigger shape compared to shrewish paprika which is smaller.

Base its color, green paprika, red paprika and yellow paprika. On red paprika, available lycopene is high enough. Likopen is well-known as anti cancer. Lycopene is believed can gain total sperm, fixing sperm structure and increases its aggressiveness.

Besides as vegetable or condiment, paprika apparently is rich of vitamin c which is higher than oranges. Paprika also contains lots of nutrient substances, prevents cancer, coroner heart disease, stroke, and diabetes mellitus and also increases sperm quality.

Each 100 grams of red paprika contain 190 mg vitamins c. Paprika also rich of A’s vitamins and Beta-carotene . Beta-carotene is such of detoxification type that can get essential role in reduce peroxide’s radical concentration. Beta-carotene is known as cancer preventative element and notably skin cancer and lung. Paprika also rich fiber (dietary fiber), which will prevents the happening of colon cancer.
