Knife Castle in Ukraine : Lastochkino Gnezdo

Lastochkino Gnezdo Castle is a symbol of the Autonomic Republic Crimea, Ukraine. The symbol can be considered like Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. Lastochkino Gnezdo Castle is very unique both in design and location.
The castle’s beauty is so amazing and it is located right on the edge of the rock. The magnificence of the castle is explained because of its natural location and apart of the rock it stands on and the Black Sea around it.
The Lastochkino Gnezdo Castle was previously built in wooden house namde Generalif, before bought by Baron Steingell of Rusia in 1911. The wooden house then being renovated into a stone-castle 1912 by a Russian architect A. Sherwood. On earthquake 1927, Lastochkino Gnezdo Castle building was damaged. Some parts of the rock had fallen away. The castle was closed for some moments then opened again in 1968 after reconstruction.

Hunyad Castle of Romania The Count Dracula`s Inheritance
Who doesn’t know Dracula? A comic figure who’s depicted living by sucking human’s blood? The figure Dracula according to some storytold was coming from The Wallachian empire, that was where the term ‘Count’ coming from. The Count’s name was Vladimir III (also known as Count Dracula).
Count Dracula was held at Hunyad Castle for 7 years long. This castle used to be a defensive structure and remains to be one of the most evident symbols of the middle Ages. The castle looks incredible and a bit frightening, darkness everywhere around.

Hunyad Castle which later on more known with The Dracula Castle is situated in present-day Hunedoara – a city in Romania. Romania lies in the eastern Europe. It is a nice and pleasant country in beautifully green environment.
